doh.
Proof that even masters bend their own rules
Iām going put on a set of TI Jazz Rounds.
Second choice would be much brighter: DR Hi-Beams.
Is that a short scale bass and a mini strat?
Both of them are regular size. But now that you say it, they really look small in this image haha. Maybe is the perspective or the blurred background.
Howdy folks
After trying more than my fair share of bass guitars over the past few months I have finally picked one! Its a Squire Classic Vibe Jaguar with a 32" neck and pj pickup configuration. I rented this for a month and decided to buy it. It retails for $700 Canadian and I got it used for $300. Pretty darn happy.
Cheers,
Jeremy
Speaking of, you may want to try its milder cousin, Grana Padano.
Nice family portrait.
Nice family grouping. Though I do note one Prominent absence.
Yes, well, I have tried but couldnāt befriend that particular bass.
I detect a distinct Jazz and Music Man preference pattern.
Hi @BassKees, welcome to the forums! Always nice to see a fellow Dutchman Come over to the Introduce Yourself! (2023) thread and tell us a little bit more about yourself!
Edit: never mind, I see you already did that
How do you like the Cort? I was shopping the Elrick awhile back, but ended up going in a different direction.
Just got an email and text from Fender, they have a 40 percent off sale on a few basses. Aerodynes are a couple on there.
ohhhh shit.
must resist. mustā¦ resist.
If youāre looking for a cheap project bass then $167 isnāt all bad.
I really love the Cort. Very playable and versatile. Lots of low end and sparkle. The mid ads either presence or thump, very musical. Great hardware too.
That would be a perfect bass to try a Novak H22 Gold Foil pickup on
