The shitty thing is that its not an airtight case, and in a non Federal court, I would win a Jury over easily.
But
In a Federal court I could win the Jury over, but they have a pretty airtight case to convince a Jury I aided and abetted (sp?), and in the Federal court, it gets the same 20 year manditory minimum sentance for aiding and abdtting as a guilty verdict.
If not Federal, it would get kicked out cuz its all circumstancial with no actual proof, only implied proof.
Its like I was sslling a bass on offer up, and had a guy on the hook, he was ultra excited about it, said he sold the same bass years ago, and regretted it ever since, and he wanted it back so much, he wanted me to hold it fir a week till he was back in town…
Said he would be back in town the following week and would like to come by Tuesday atound 1pm.
I talked with him every day about the bass and assuring him it was still available, and like I said, we communicated thru Offer Up messages every day for a werk, I had given him address to the apartment building, so he knew where he was going, and it was all set up, he was coming on Tuesday. We confirmed Monday, he would be by at 1pm the next day.
If you examined the texts confirming on Monday, that he would be by the next day, and all the previous messages, and then there was no more communications after that, what conclusion would one draw, That I sold him the bass?

See thats the kind of evidence they have on me,
But in fact, I did not sell him the bass, he was a no show, never heard from him again.
There are many examples of this in my text messages, times I will call people, or times they will text to say they will show up, and then its cancelled with no other communication.
It would appear like I did lots of things I actually did not, and lots of meetings I woild have with friends or potential customers of basses or other things being sold on offer up, but in fact they never took place.
How can you have rock solid, hard evidence with that, and only that.

Funny thing, I crashed my VW Jetta the day after getting it out of the auto mechanic back in 2019. 
I cant blame that one on the auto mechanic.
I was a bit manic that morning, driving around like a freak, frantic, not knowing ecactly where I was, my phone had died, and I used it to guide me to work.
I was running late, and traffic was different so it got me off the 405, 3 exits before where I normally got off on Carson.
It got me off on Wilmington, and I know the south bay of LA least of anywhere in So Cal.
Right after it got me off on wilmington, the phone died, and I was lost, and kind of wigged out.
Driving around looking for anything I could recognize, that could guide me on the right path.
I was driving up a small hill, not realizing there was a traffic light right at the top of the hill.
I could not see it til it was too late.
I was going about 45, not really over the speed limit, but not knowing that there would be 2 cars at the top of the hill, stopped for a red light til it was too late, and I slammed the breaks, but still hit into the back of both cars.
I thought maybe my VW could be fixed, no air bags popped, so I didnt know the damage was too much.
I drove it away from the accident, and drove it for about a week before I took it to a Geiko repair shop.
But no, the damage was more then the car was valued at, so I got a check for it, and got another car. I may have used some of that money, like a few thousand to support my habbit for about a week and a half, and spent less on a car then I could have. I got around $9000 for the car, from insurance to get a new one, but only spent less then 6k on the car I got, so yeah, about $3000 went to my habbit, and that would have gotten me going for about 8 1/2 to 9 days.
But it may be possible that The night before the morning after was a little intense, and when I woke up I was just on auto pilot trying to get to work on time, but the phone died.
My car had navigation, and I couldnt even think to use it.
Once again lack of internet has hindered me.

It’s unfortunate but the government feels like they always have to make examples of people like you @T_dub. They want to show the population that they can play tough. It was the same thing with the mobsters of early 20th century through the 80s and 90s. Even though they were not killing innocent (for the most part), law enforcement and attorneys general wanted to make an example of them. It’s kind of a vicious circle really. They want the bigger fish in the pond so they offer deals to the lower echelon people and still end up sticking them with raps.

So a funny thing happened today.
Well over the past few days. I had to make sure my Lawyer has all my Dr. Appointments starting May 5th, with my primary Dr. / pain management.
an Oral Surgeon on May 19th.
In Home Physical therapy on Tuesdays and Thursdays for the next 4 weeks (at least, probably more will be added when that nears its end)
Dental follow up after the Oral Surgeon extracts 2 tees, one wisdom on my left side, and the one next to it. I went in to have them extracted, and it had been just over a year since my last x-rays, so they had to take new x-rays, primarily of the wisdom tooth to extract and the one next to it.
X-rays revealed that the root of the wisdom tooth has grown up and over near my sinus cavity, making it dangerous to extract in a standard dentist / orthodontist, so they gave me orders to give to an oral surgeon, and gave me the number of two oral surgeons that my insurance took.
This however, was just about 2 weeks before my left knee replacement, and you can’t take Non Steroidal Anti Inflammatory drugs 2 weeks before surgery, so if I did get the extractions from an oral surgeon before my surgery, I would not have been able to take Advil or alive or Motrin, etc… so I opted to wait until after my knee operation.
I then had my knee operation on April 1st, and saw the surgeon on April 19th in his office (going to the building across the street first, and getting x-rays of my left knee, wait for them to give me a CD, then go see the surgeon, bringing him the CD to look at the knee. This appointment on April 19th was also when they removed the staples from my incision, and looked at it to make sure there was no infection or problematic areas…
They did normal tests, asked to see me walk, asked for me to straighten my leg, and bend it back as far as I can (this is one of the number one goals of physical therapy, to get back full range of motion or better. on my right knee, 5 months after the surgery, I have better range of motion then I have in years. I almost have better range of motion in my left knee just 3 weeks after the surgery, with almost NO physical therapy. I had to see the surgeon that visit just to be cleared for physical therapy, which he did, and they called in to my insurance to get somebody to come to my home to start me on PT. They came on Tuesday and Today (Yesterday now, they were here Thursday, this is now Friday). I have been given a series of exercises that I am to do 3 x per day on days I don’t see her, and she should see improvement each time, so she can add more difficult exercises, to try and build up my strength as quickly as possible…
Ok, PT is not the reason I am telling the story, but it helps to illustrate the point, that I had to see the surgeon on the 19th to even get it started.
So, I also asked the surgeon if I could have Oral surgery now at any time, or do I need to wait until the leg wound (incision) is healed more. He told me know, as long as I take the amoxicillin 1 hour before seeing the oral surgeon, it should be fine. ( I have to take four 500mg amoxicillin capsules 1 hour before going to a dentist of any kind for any service). When dentists work, there is usually blood in the mouth, even just for a rood cleaning. Thee is a lot of bacteria in your mouth at all times, despite the fact they make you rinse with antibacterial mouth wash several times during any Proceedure, there is still blood, and bacteria can easily get in your blood stream. This is ok for most anybody (unless you have allergies and you are directed by your family Dr, or your dentist to take antibiotics prior to any dental Proceedure) But since I have implants in my knees, these are like magnets for bacterial, and it is possible that any bacteria, no matter how small can get stuck on, in, near or around implants, and colonize, causing infections. depending on the bacteria, and the person, the infection cold be minor and treated with more antibiotics, or could be life threatening, where a patient could lose a limb or their life if they choose not to remove the limb. This is an extreme example, and as long as I take the amoxicillin before any dental procedure I should be fine, but I did want to clear Oral Surgery with my knee surgeon before scheduling it.
so this is where it starts to get funny. My Lawyer asked me why the delay, and I told her, then she asked if I had any paperwork from any doctor stating I needed to wait for the oral surgery. I told her know, but explained how I could not take Advil or Motrin or anything like that after oral surgery if it is within the 2 weeks prior to the knee surgery, and if I did, the surgery would get postponed. and I explained how my initial dental visit was to extract 2 teeth, but they could’t do it and referred me out to an oral surgeon. I told her that I let them know that I was having knee surgery on April 1st which at the time was about 16 days away, so I could’ve taken Advil for 2 days and then would’ve to stop or switch to Tylenol (which is OK to take, but does not help with that kind of pain for me at all), and I told her when I told the dentist about the upcoming knee surgery, he said, ok, go ahead and wait, but get these teeth extracted as soon as you are cleared by your surgeon, so I explained that I had just gotten cleared by my surgeon on the 19th, and then called to make an appointment with the Oral Surgeon and the soonest they could do it was April May 19th.
So now she understood, I asked her if I needed to track down doctors and get them to put any of this in writing, and she said no, we can explain the knee surgery, and we have papers saying I can’t take any of those type of OTC pain killers 2 weeks before the surgery, and it is enough to explain to the judge why the dates are as they are.
(Remember, the idea is for me to stay out on Bond after the court date on Monday, and having legitimate doctor appointments that are mandatory and can only be done by the doctors that I see since they did the surgery, and the other dr is a specialist, an oral surgeon should be enough to keep me out on bond, so I can take care of my health issues.
so, my medications came upland my Dr asked me to send her a detailed list of all the medications I am prescribed.

5 - how many times a day I take that dose
6 - what I take that medication for
so I am going down the list and answering the questions

This is really ironic. I take Low Dose (Cildrens) Aspirin. I go onto explain Bayer is well known and their number one OTC is still Aspirin.
It is funny that at one time Bayer introduced a miracle drug. a cure all if you will.
at the time people were hospitalized and institutionalized for alcoholism. They were classified as “Hopeless” and “alcoholics of the seemingly hopeless variety”. Nobody knew what to do, so they started treating alcoholics (as well as other afflictions of other patients) with another popular “elixir” of the day, cocaine. at one time they treated alcoholics with cocaine. There were mixed results with this method of treatment as you can imaging. Some alcoholics thrived. Others thrived, but developed a tolerance and dependance on cocaine, others continued to drink and use cocaine and were back in institution for hopeless drinking along with going MAD from cocaine.
Then other, non alcoholics started developing addictions to Cocaine, and were going “MAD”, even medically described as Stark Raving MAD with Cocaine addiction.
This was the time Bayer was ready to roll out their new WONDER DRUG. The Cure all to end all. A true miracle. I believe they even set up clinics, similar to institutions, but much more comfortable, more like modern day hospitals or even rehab facilities.
Once the patients started displaying signs of withdrawals, heavy shakes for alcoholics, seizures even, and mad behavior from cocaine addicts, nurses brought each patient into their room, and injected them with Bayer’s new wonder elixir.
The name of that new wonder drug by Bayer, with the slogan close to or similar to " for seemingly incurable sadness" and under theme Bayer and the slogan it said “Heroin Hydrochloride”
Bayer was a German company and is not German, but part of a much larger conglomerate specializing in pharmaceuticals and medical specialties of all types, I couldn’t begin to remember enough to type here to even make a dent into what they have their hands in these days. However Bayer was a German company, this introduction to the new drug and the treatment centers for it were here in New York and other major US cities on the east coast at the time.
I will admit that I am not 100% accurate to all the facts, but enough of what I said is true enough that if you ever wondered where the OPOID crisis the USA faces came from, you don’t need to look much further than Bayer.
They also gave us other such wonders as Phenobarbital, and many others that have all but been deemed not suitable for medical use (in the USA, that doesn’t man that Bayer doesn’t still make tons of money off drugs that people need, but don’t really need, but need because they have become dependent upon them because pharmaceutical conglomerates have told them they need these things to have a better life, and they continue to suck the life out of those very patients that trust in them.
NOW, PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THIS DISCUSSION ANY FURTHER. IT BORDERS ON POLITICS, AND I ONLY BROUGHT IT UP BECAUSE IT CAME UP IN A CONVERSATON I WAS HAVING WITH MY LAWYER TODAY, AND HOW FUNNY I FIND IT THAT I NEED TO TAKE BAYER ASPIRIN SO I DON’T GET BLOOD CLOTS IN MY LEGS ( I actually used to play baseball, on a 30 and over hardball league with a guy in his late 30’s, maybe just turned 40. he was in great shape, was very wealthy, and had a great life. he went into the hospital for an out patient surgery one of his knees to remove some torn cartilage and repair a slight tear in his ligament. It was a quick surgery, about 45 minutes plus about an hour in the recovery room. Once he felt ok to get up and put his clothes on, he did, and his friend drove him home.
He asked if he needed anything, Ice, medications, anything? this guy, Larry, said he had everything he needed right there. He was in his home entertainment room, reclining sofa’s, 65" TV, a bottle of pain meds, a bottle of antibiotics, a bottle of aspirin, and some water, I don’t think he was drinking beer, but I could not state that as fact under oath, cuz I do not know for sure or not.
He had some friends over on Friday night watching a game, they all went home after the game and he went upstairs and went to sleep. He didn’t show up to work on Monday, wouldn’t answer his phone, his VM mailbox was full. he wouldn’t answer tests, or e-mails, nothing. Friends were calling his work to see if he showed up, his work was calling friends to see if they heard anything. eventually the work started calling hospitals to see if he had an issue and had to go back to the hospital. before they could call the 3rd hospital, his best friend called his work and said he found Larry.
He is dead in his bead.
An autopsy revealed he had a blood clot in his leg, he must have been sleeping when it happened, or he would have been probably screaming in pain. That happened about 20 years ago. we made patches “LP” for his initials and wore them on out uniforms from that time forward.
Blood clot, who would ever think, especially one that can kill you.
Apparently if you are awake, you will get a cramp in your leg that hurts worse then. any cramp you have ever had in your leg, and if you call 911, and lay very still until they get there, they can save you.
But if you jump up and down and start touching it, rubbing it, doing what you normally would to try to help sooth the pain, you are actually weakening the bond the blood clot has on whatever it is clotted against.
If you do this before paramedics arrive, your chance are very low.
If you do it while they are there, your chances increase, but by only a tiny bit.
I know another guy who survived this, and his legs were cramping so bad he was about to kick holes in the walls of the Ambulence, but they finally told him "Jeff, mr Kincaid, if you don’t stop moving you are going to break any one of the many blood clots you have in your leg, and probably die.
He said it felt like forever to get from the Ambulence to the ER to the OR, and finally be put under, wondering if he was just going to die anyway or not.
fortunately he was saved, although he did have about 5 small clots that got thru, one went in his brain and he stroked, but in one of the areas of the brain that doesn’t really mess with your motor functions and speech.
So, I had one person die, and another almost die from not taking low dose aspirin from Bayer, and neither of them give a rats ass if they introduced the world to heroin, but they refused aspirin, and one paid with this life, the other paid with a stoke and a few minor heart attacks. Larry, was single with no kids. Thats a bummer, but at least it was not hard on any kids.
Jeff, the one who survived has 5 daughter, 1 son and 3 grand kids.
Had he left them alone, it would have been devastating

I love Bayer, I personally love their product. If they gave me a life time supply, I could’ve comfortably amongst the rest of the world with little to zero social anxiety, I would not have chronic pain and I would actually be very highly productive
1 last time, please no debates about pharmaceutical companies cuz they will lead to politics, and like I said, I only spoke about bayer cuz I had to bring it up to my lawyer, who actually no idea. She was amused, but didn’t think it was very funny when I suggested they go after a couple corporate goons to serve my time for me however. She did say it was clever to think of, but, sorry, not gonna happen.
