( A small tip for when you get to these songs: YouTube does not allow AC/DC songs … you will get 100% copyright blocked… You will want to have a https://veed.io account set up… or somewhere similar… just a tip, cuz there are 2 AC/DC tunes on the list )

Or, just don’t do the ACDC songs. I’m not going out of my way and creating another video repository for a band I don’t care that much about.

There is a forum Gold badge for completing all 50 tunes … whether they hand it out anymore or not… not sure… if they do… the AC/DCs are required

Regarding the AC/DC tunes - I’ve been thinking about that lately, and just as @faydout, I don’t really wanna make “athousand” accounts just to record my progress. I will learn and record these songs, but I’m not yet sure if I’m gonna upload them, or just record it for my personal use. Not sure about that yet, we will see.

Veed … can have yer account set up in seconds using Google credentials… it takes literally NO time at all. Just putting that out there
Edit: The reason I mention Veed … is the other site Vimeo… wants you to PAY before you can make videos public… HELL NO. Veed’s free service you can share out of the box.

If you don’t care about “views” and just want to share the video, you can share the link without having a paid account. IE: put the link here on the forum and people can view it. I covered Jailbreak a while back and shared it in the Covers thread without problem…

I did exactly that here with Vimeo… the link refused to work… site said I had to be paid to make it public…
Edit : Specifically the “Privacy Options” were hidden behind the paywall

yeah, nothing wrong with that. But, vimeo does work then. And allows AC/DC covers.

Sounds awesome. The couple of teensy critiques I’ve got are that the bass could be brought forward a little imo. Also, you get a little short with notes in places (I do the same thing a lot so I tend to be pretty sensitive to it). Nothing that would / should slow you down from jumping up on a stage and rocking this one on an open mic night though.
I just recorded this one with a few others on the 50 song list last night. I need to record the video for it today and get it posted, but I have yet to shower or get out of PJs.
