I dabbled a little bit in HS (30yrs ago) when my buddy got a set of drums, could never really play anything though.
Last year I decided that I wanted to learn how to play, so I bought a bass and an amp for cheap and started B2B. I hit it hard the first couple of months and fell off for a few months.
Picked the course back up about a month ago, I’m currently on Module 11.
I saw the 50 song challenge and figured it could be a lot of fun. So far, it hasn’t disappointed.

Second song recorded as I continue to learn and push. It’s amazing how things move along when I play every day. Missed a few notes but understand perfection takes time.

Very well done here! Your timing has already improved over the first song! Practice makes perfect. By the way, this all comes with time seemingly without you even knowing. Your notes articulation is much better here too. Keep up the good work.

Thanks, again for the feedback. I’m working on fluidity and timing until I get back to Indiana to record with my son. I am still off beat every once in a while, but I definitely see improvement!
My next batch of songs will hopefully help with my flow. Are there any from the list that you recommend?

The course is already incredible, but the cadre of coaches sets this program apart from any other out there!
I agree. I have only a couple of lessons left on the course. the ill be going for a second ru through as I’m still a bit sketchy on some things. But the community here is so good.
