Speaking of pet pictures

Caught them once at Ozzfest gosh I don’t know when, late 90s sometime. I thought the guys did a class thing and said they were doing a tribute tour, they weren’t taking the place of Dimebag or Vinnie Paul

Beauty day for the first ski tour of the season up in the Rossland Range today. Sunny, -5c and no wind, perfect.

Snack stops are Husky approved day old Pizza.

Right, we’re all going to Barney’s place for an in-person catchup. I’ve never been on skis so someone will have to push me.

He’d love it if you put him on a pizza.

I wouldn’t have a pet to post pictures of, if two of my sons didn’t have cats who have resided with us.

One son brought his female spayed cat, Minnie, home after college. She is a very particular feline, and must be the queen of her domain. If not, she is very put out and grouchy. That son moved out and Minnie went with him. She is now about 13 years old, I think. She was somewhat overweight when she lived with us, but has lost a pound or two since leaving (restricted diet, less “snacks”). A photo of her in younger days:

Then my oldest son returned to live with us in 2020, and brought his cat Creature with him. Creature is a 15 year old neutered and sedate male cat, about 25 lbs. In the past he has enjoyed playing with other cats, and would still like it. But Minnie would have none of that!

So the hissing and growling on her part is gone for now, and we are comfortable with Creature’s calm ways, thudding footfalls, and light demands, compared to Ms. Wonderful!

HA!
Hades (dragon) tolerates Kirby the Destructor when he comes sniffing around him when he’s out and about

but other than that they have little to do with each other, and I like that. Kirby can be a bit in-your-face so the fact that they mostly ignore each other means Hades won’t get stepped on.

Hey - I have a Kirby too! On the left right (Bernese Mountain/Poodle). Murphy is on the right left (Shih-tzu/Poodle)

I think you have it backwards! HAHA! They look great!

My Kirby is a Mini-Aussi-Poodle! Love the shed-less fur of the poodle mixes!
