This is what happens on the website every so often (30 seconds or so?)
Also, if you cancel in the middle of your subscription, they make it sound like you are closing your account right then and there. Presumably they do this intentionally so you hold off on canceling, possibly even long enough for it to renew. What you’re really doing is just turning off the auto-renewal, you still get the full subscription term you paid for.
