I love it
On the left, pickled home-grown green plum tomatoes. The marinade contains vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, allspice, bay leaf and mustard seed.
On the right, home grown hot chilies. Same marinade.
These look fantastic! When can I expect my jars in the mail?
Add me to the list!
Tonight having chicken stir fry with cauliflower rice. I’d rather be having pizza while watching the Stanley cup game 6, but the wife had different ideas
Go Lightning!
Cauliflower rice is surprisingly good. It’s not rice but it’s not bad at all.
We switched to it 100% for stir frying.
It does a great job in stir fry and stew-like dishes.
If I were you I’d sit quietly and eat whatever this wonderful woman makes you, it all looks amazing.
^^ Excellent advice.
Even on the rare occasion I don’t like something my wife cooks, when she makes me something I STFU and eat it, because holy crap another human just fed me and I didn’t even have to pay
Yeah. I do most of the cooking at home. It’s more work, but we eat what I want
It’s not my favorite! I’m not too crazy about the texture.
It’s definitely not rice but it works for me when I think of it as a mystery veggie
Ha ha yes, I know better!
And I did promise pork kebabs, so here they are, on a cast iron griddle. Beside that is my little BBQ helper. I’m normally an IPA man, but a light lager while grilling is what I like best.
As they say in Poland “Piwo to moje paliwo”, or “Beer is my fuel”.
Looks delicious! I see those grilled jalapeños hiding in the corner!
I’ve never tried that beer gonna have to track some down.
