Ya me too and then Rochester when it opened. I was so so so happy when they opened down by me, only 20 min from the house.
Their cookbook is amazing too, was my Bublé when I had a smoker.

I have mixed feelings on this one. That color is…something.

FYI it’s vinyl over a black pickguard.
So pepperoni pizza pickguards are options.

Hey @John_E - I had some 100% vegan Pizza Marinara today and was reminded of how fantastic it is. You should give it a shot. Try getting it at a good high end Italian place before trying something random.

My prediction: ypu will try it, and then end up owning an Ooni within a year

Was it gluten free too?
That’s where the whole pizza thing falls apart.
No cheese and no gluten = eat something else.

And sadly, I have an Ooni that I’m going to be selling :upside_down_face:

This one was not gluten free - though you could use gluten free crust. Bob’s Red Mill makes some.

Plus, gluten free marinara pizza is awesome. No gluten, no dairy. Still legit pizza, been made for centuries (minus the gluten free part, that’s a recent global thing, despite what the paleo crowd might think).

I just got a gluten removed flour from wheat that is supposed to make good bread and crust. Will try and report back.

Tonight, rescuing dinner ches MC’S. Moved in to the new house 4 weeks ago, oven shit the bed on Monday.

Not to worry. Eye of round pot roast in a Dutch oven. Marinaded in salt, pepper, garlic, paprika and oil. Pre-seared, be-onioned and be-mushroomed, with a touch of homemade stock.

Ready to “roast” in a cast iron bitch… er I mean pot.

That looks awesome. So you browned it in the pan with the veggies, and then just threw the pan in the oven, maybe with foil? Man I love cast iron.
