We’ll, it must have been pills, because I haven’t seen rabbits’ droppings in that shape and they certainly weren’t raisins. Anyhow, that was a very minor part of the evening. I mean by comparison, when you consider the aardvark and the pink tutu.

I found that when I was casting my fretboard epoxy (bass not yet finished BTW) the heat gun wasn’t very useful at debubbling the 'poxy. I had to use a blowtorch and some care.

The thing is, I’m serious :rofl:

I like Bongos aesthetically (and pickup choice wise) a lot more than classic Fenders.

This doesn’t mean I think Fender classic designs are bad. I actually think they are great.

It’s just that for what I want to use it for, I’d simply rather have a Lotus Elise than a Ford F-150, if we want a bad car analogy.

Pickguard choice on that Bongo could be better though. I do like the blue a lot, however - lots of potential there.
