@booker_t heal up completely and as quickly as reasonably possible. Come back even stronger than before.
Others have picked up on this, but it certainly bears repeating!
I just pulled some muscles in the lower back (I hope thatās what it was; the alternative would be worseā¦) taking out an old and very solid vice from the shed⦠The first instinct was to lie down and rest (I have had lower back surgery ten years ago), but instead I went for a walk. While not very smooth and fast at first, moving your body is (in most cases) much better then lying down (or, sitting on our behinds all the time)!!
Youāve got this, @booker_t and @autumnsdad1990 ![]()
Get well soon and enjoy your new life as a cyborg!
@booker_t , good vibes from here in Indiana on your recovery. Mine is progressing really well. Iāll not be 100% for a number of weeks, but Iāll get there. Walked about a total of a mile or just a little more today, and while it isnāt fun, it feels good. All the best for you and yours on your recovery!
Just seeing this postā¦wishing you a speedy recovery, @booker_t!
