More than answering @howard, we need the answer to this:

Jerry spent some money but it would be south of cool for me to steal his thunder

The great part was sitting here in the office and just doing some playing, hoping I didn’t talk his ear off and Jerry will come back up the hill before he rolls out of Japan

I bought my first pedal.

There was this SoundGear purple/blue P/J bass on the take me rack for $55 and a DOD vocal processor for $15 and the old Fender Twin which I’m soooo glad was $900. But the pink Jazz style bass with a tortoise shell pickguard has been singing to me for weeks now…LOL

Ooh excellent choice. A used B3 is a great deal and it has some features the B3n lacks.

I have no idea what to do with it yet, but the fun will be in the learning.

Use it for amp/cab sims when recording covers

It also has an audio interface built in to it so you can record from it. No idea why they dropped that and the DI from the B3n.

Excellent! I used to have one of those. good choice

Yeah, the main reason was the amp/cab sims. I paid 9,187 yen ($86.18).
