This works GREAT for me & in the price range for a cheap old man. Sorry no link but it’s Amazon. $30. No tuner but adding the price of a korg ga-50 still low cost.

At my restaurant yesterday, the volume is a bit underwhelming but it’s a very tall ceiling small bass amp can struggle. there’s not a lot of anything to bounce the sound wave offs. I did test the latency it’s no noticeable lag with the video. I have not tried the OTG yet.
