Cheapest upgrade ever … last week-end I took some time to experiment with various foam types and shapes, for that country fat attack and tone. it makes a great difference, it’s really worth trying different foam density with different basses. It can really change the attack depth and the sustain of the notes.
The foam for Greenie is a bigger block of the yellow one (still the same one, I did not change it). The one for The Duke is yet another foam type, a little bit harder, shaped as a thinner block to be set between the bridge and the pickup.
