Yesssssss! You will love it - so subversive, yet…tender and emotional. Margo Robie is a goddess, obvi, but I can’t overstate how much Ryan Gosling brought with his performance. I can’t imagine anyone else doing that role.
One of my brothers @kristine lives in Sweden. His wife is Swedish and a social worker. They have 2 teenage daughters.
They all went to see the Barbie movie, loved it and have spent the past week telling him (jokingly) why he’s part of the patriarchy problem
They went to see Oppenheimer last week. Whilst exiting the cinema they overheard a guy say “Yeah he was good, but he was much better in The Bourne Identity”
Love the transition between “10:56” and “Second Son of R” a couple minutes in or so.
The album this is from is awesome.
I was the opposite, I didn’t like him as Ken.
I always envisioned Ken as more of a buff, chiseled Arian blonde dude.
That and he took up space on the screen instead of Margo
A band really close to my heart, melodic and crushing. The Lovecraft inspiration is the icing on the cake. Hope to get a tattoo of some Lovecraft inspired theme done next year!
If you like your Lovecraft, have you tried the Lovecraft and Carter books. Really good reads
That was fantastic!!
Yeah and it’s on the soundtrack too. Ok I need to see this.
No, I haven’t yet. I’m currently working my way through the Arkham Horror books, thank you for the recommendation. They will be added to the list!
Loving this just now
I’m happy to help, Howard. Always been told I’m nothing but helpful. Well according to my wife, potential for being extremely annoying is part of the package as well…
If you’re going to bring bastards into it @howard ………Phil Campbell and the Bastard Sons
Candlemass for me are THE premier doom band. Just amazing music!
