And she’s actually what I’m listening to right now.

She recently did a guest appearance on one of her college’s programs performing one of the many songs she wrote with her writing partner. I’m obviously biased, but I liked it a lot.

Hopefully the timecode link works here, but if not, it’s at the very end of this video:

Been listening as well, but, I have to say I like his last album much better.
Feels like just more of the same and not as good, to me anyway.

Still a great great new voice.

Picked this up as a vinyl reissue on RSD.
I used to really love Spawn, til they tried a cartoon and then this movie.
Fantastic music mashups though on this soundtrack.

Unleash the Archers coming out with a new album in a couple weeks, videos that have hit YouTube promoting it have been quite good… I’m really digging them, they give me early Helloween vibes. I’m curious to see how the whole album sounds when it drops (supposed to be a concept album).

I’m listening to a lot of this too, and I have tickets to see them when they swing through town in the fall that I’m really excited about.

Yeah, touring with PowerWolf. Should be a blast! I don’t have tickets yet, but will be picking those up in a couple weeks to catch them in Chicago with a buddy.

I also like the fact that they’re not scared of experimenting (check out their song Abyss, and the 80s synthwave version of the same released on their last album - they’re also gaming nerds who do Twitch (and Patron) streams of them playing Dungeons and Dragons and other games).

Love the Spawn Soundtrack, the movie not so much!

Other great tracks:

(Don’t like Manson - but this track is great!)

I’m still evaluating $10 Cowboy.
If by his last album, you mean Live at the Ryman, that’s not a fair comparison.
If you mean last studio album, The Man from Waco, well, yeah that’s a high bar.
But I gotta feeling there are tracks on the latest, that are gonna grow on me, as I spend time with the album.

Yes, this one.
and agree - very very high bar
