This is Babymetal’s first song, it’s about a girl waking up excited to go to school. (it has captions if you turn them on)
Doki doki is the sound your heart makes when it beats so hard in anticipation you can hear it.
It prompted me to write this story, and it angers and saddens me it’s still relevant.

More happy things. What’s interesting about this song, interlude really, is that other than Su and Moa’s vocals, there are no musical instruments used. It all comes from a daw.
