This made me laugh, yeah. Of all the generalizations to apply this one was pretty awesome.
As an American (and one who spent half my time in the states in California) I have personally known exactly one person who got fake boobs, and she was Korean.
Not to put too fine a point on it, but you could also maybe calibrate the observations there a bit and consider the possibility that based on your observations, the American ladies are simply doing a little better there than their teutonic counterparts…
I’m not suggesting that myself but stand back everyone, we have a Dutchman doing science here!

No, I was strictly for pleasure in the US, not for boobs 
I will ask my girlfriend in a very “clever conversation” if I can approach the fake boobs topic in a more scientific way on our next trip to the US. Just to “calibrate the observations there”!
I will promise to never work “that” hard ^^

Mostly I was wondering what establishments you were visiting primarily if nearly everyone you saw in the US was… augmented.
That looks quite challenging! Much more than I could keep up with. Well done if you can keep that one going

Yep, it just keeps going at that pace… I’m at 90% with still some sloppiness. Forcing my aging fingers to do this stuff is hard, but fun also!

In fact I remember that moment I started noticing very clearly: we were invited into the jacuzzi of the hotel we stayed in (in Palm Springs) by two crazy chicks on coke ( the drug, not the drink). I remember that stay clearly, not only cause of the boobs, but cause we got to know the drummer of Queens of the Stone age the next day.
Lots of cool stuff going on at that hotel.
Anyway, not only the water was bubbly, the girls were too. After that I could not unsee it, in super markets, on beaches, not so much on trails … and of course in Las Vegas. LA too, but less than Las Vegas perhaps. And even less in SF … but still more than on any given day in Hamburg…
We even played a game “fake or not fake” on our 2nd road trip…

But, @howard, you were also right: Germany seems to have a lot of fake boobs too.
It might be a recent development and I should have a closer look at this - it completely went past me, sorry!

So do us all a favour here on the forum @Whying_Dutchman and accept you are wrong and maybe turn down your inaccurate generalization of countries you’ve visited once on holiday.
