What's your "play me something" riff?

That’s not me paddling. That’s Nouria Newman a female French paddler who’s arguably one of the best in the world.

I paddle mostly day runs with at least one multi day trip a year.

This is from a multi day on the Middle Fork of the Salmon. All of your camping gear, food etc shoved into the back of the boat makes for a fun 5 days on the river.

Tarp and bivy camping! I love it. I’m guessing it’s more like bike packing where you’re sort of weight constrained but very space constrained?

While still lying in the fetal position I’d play China Grove by the Doobies.

I also kayak, but nothing like that! Very very cool, Barney!
I wish we had something like that here in Hamburg, but the closest I get to some white water paddling is a little open water paddling on the Baltic sea :frowning:

We were playing Tainted Love this evening, but not the Soft Cell version! It’s a very recognisable song from the bass line :metal:

No lead from the bass! were you miming to a backing track? Oh the humanity!

What wireless system are you using? I have the Boss WL-50 for home and it’s fabulous.

In 1990, Collins collaborated with Deee-Lite on their biggest hit “Groove Is in the Heart”, and he contributed additional vocals. Although he also appeared in the music video playing the bass, the bassline in the song is actually a sample of a Herbie Hancock song called “Bring Down the Birds”.

We were plugged in. The pic is a screen grab from a video that the guitarist sent. I can only assume that it’s either the angle that is obscuring the lead, or something do with the refresh rate of the video on the phone. The upper horn on my bass also looks a little odd and the fretboard blown out.

It seems like it goes down behind the right leg :ninja:

As one might expect with that bassline, it’s a pretty cool song!
