Here you go @Ant list of the Helix names vs name of the real amp / cab / pedal

Well it was your videos and helpfulness that really convinced me. So, a big thank you to you.

I also got a nice breakdown comparing the Ampero and the SansAmp using AI. And, I did consider the original Ampero given it is also $100 off (why not get the original at what the One is normally priced at, right?); however, and despite my desire to play in a band, I foresee myself mostly playing/recording at home, so the Ampero would be overkill.

Both are great places to start on the Journey Of A Thousand Pedals!

Fourth time’s a charm, right?

I bought one. Love it. Never buying strap locks and pins again. It fits everything and ā€œjust worksā€. Doesn’t constantly rotate on the strap like my Schallers either.

I had seen this before. It intrigues me because I would love strap locks, but I am reluctant to drill/screw into my bass. Having something that just locks onto the existing strap buttons is appealing.

And one set covers all the instruments instead of having to put the locks on each.

Still waiting… :face_with_symbols_over_mouth:

What the actual fuck? :rage:

That looks neat! I’ve always had this suspicion that most of the strap locks seemed somewhat over engineered to me, but the d’Dddario ones didn’t quite seem easy enough to use.

Called them this morning. Confirmed indicated address is correct.
Was told it was checked for delivery, but apparently, driver decided otherwise and didn’t load it :person_shrugging:t3:
Luckily, I took this week off, but yeah…

…until your bass drops due to an ā€˜average engineered’ one.
This is one place I will take over-engineering any day.

I’ve got to agree. I’ve seen those one-size-fits-all locks advertised for about a year now. They talk a good game, but I’ll gladly and securely stick with my steel Schaller S-Locks.

For those who say they spin on the strap, I know what you mean. But I cured that with mine by really bearing down when tightening them, and making sure the set screw is also tightened down. It works.
