There’s a good reason that amp has been the best selling for the past decade. Our guitarist has one. It sounds fabulous and the price is definitely right. Nice work.

Plus if you have custom tone files you’ve made in Tone Studio for your GO, I believe you can import to the 100’s Tone Studio. I do wish Boss/Roland would just do a unified app, though, instead of having a different one for each Katana product and version of that product.

I have both Gen 2 katana 100 and the Artist. Both sounds great. The Artist series does have a bit better curb appeal 
and loud. Both are 100w
You can get the Bluetooth dongle to attach to the back and the GA-FC (EX) switch later on when needed. I used mine with the FS-WL once but it’s not as robust as I hope so metal casing serves me well.

So… my alter ego, Mr. ImpulsivePurchase, has struck again.
It’s no secret that I have a soft spot for Carvin basses. I can’t explain it; there’s just something about them that I really like. Anyway, I had one of these before - a couple of years ago - but I sold it because it buzzed REALLY badly. That was before I figured out there was something in my house or environment which was causing it. You don’t see this particular model show up often at all, so when this one popped up, I couldn’t help it.
It’s a Carvin TBS4 (or TBS-4), the Timothy B. Schmit signature bass. Evidently, this one is in brand new condition… the seller said it was purchased and slid under a bed where it sat. He says it has maybe an hour or two play on it.
I doubt this will be a regular player. It’ll probably stay in the case, or hang on a wall, and be babied.

Yeah, they’re two stacked humbuckers with just a volume knob. I guess Schmit was like, “I mean… any tone control I need will be made at the amp or somewhere else in the chain… all I need is volume”.

Yes - BUT… This amp has a half power setting, and… a 0.5W practice setting!!
I would have bought the $349 50W but it doesn’t have an effects loop and I figured what the hell. lol

I have a L2000 tribute made in Indonesia, it’s one of the nicely made Basses I’ve played. All the parts for the Tributes were US made and shipped to the relevant country. These are very good Basses but need to have pickups set lower than you might expect to really shine and get the full versatility of the tone. Very powerful pickups

My 1st proper rig, sounds so good, I thought it would overpower my practice space but no. Blows my Fender Rumble 100 away in sound quality. Got a new tube on the way for the preamp section.

Your Rumble has about 20% or more of its DNA. Fender acquired Genz Benz for the intellectual property and at the same time get rid off the competition.
