Yep, that’s been recommended for a while.
I was just riffing off of @joergkutter’s comment:
Which would be hands at 10 and 2.

Oh, yes. Those “that could easily become an obsession” things. Now I want it to happen again but with all four tuners parallel to the headstock.
I’d never heard it until my buddy’s kid took his driving test and mentioned it.
I prefer one hand at midday and the other one free to scroll through BassBuzz on my phone obvs.
Both instructions are news to me. I think it has a lot to do with power steering and small steering wheels which handle completely different to large wheels that are hard to turn and need help after a turn. But the natural position for our wrists is certainly not 9-3.
Just bring your knees up to steer while using both hands to post.
Been using that grip for years now for ‘normal’ driving but for long distance motorway driving I was once advised by an instructor and another time by a traffic cop to use something around 4 and 8. This allows your hands to rest lightly on your legs and drops your shoulders making for more relaxed driving and less tiring. I can drive like this non stop (other than fuel stops) for 8 hours or more.
Won’t work.
My cat got his license suspended after he was pulled over for a traffic stop and he hacked up a hairball on the cop.
Sounded like my dog

Worth the GAS?
Yes. Always
Forget GAS Guy, @Al1885 is THE man who walks the walk, for real.
How’s Ms Luna doing?
Thanks for asking. She’s a bit better. I’ll be a lot happier when she’s back to her spunky self.
That’s a great deal and a cool color.
I missed this. Curious what the price was for the deal though
