I love the go getter attitude, but I think this is a way to spend twice as much money, a lot of extra time, and get an inferior product to a rumble 100
Howās the pricing on orange amps down there? Iām pretty sure theyāre marked up quite a bit in the states compared to Europe (I didnāt let that stop me getting an orange guitar amp)
My Sterling Joe Dart showed up today and it was hard to put it down. The flats it comes with sound fantastic. Feel great, too, though definitely have higher tension. Action was a mile high out of the box, but a quick setup had it feeling great.
It definitely has a āsoundā⦠which I quite like. Neck has a super comfortable profile, and is one of the smoothest necks Iāve played. Build quality is great. So simple, can focus on the playing rather than turning the one knob it has.
Iām feeling a little dive from my Duesenberg as well. Did you ever try the strap to the headstock solution like Pam? Wondering if I should try it or just adjust. Itās not huge, just not as balanced as Iām used to.
Soooo, looking around a bit, here in Oz a Rumble 100 costs about the same as an Orange Crush 50 or a Rumble Studio 40.
I must admit the Rumble 100 is looking attractive especially as I donāt need all the onboard doodads of the Studio 40
