Hey Everyone,

Nice to meet you all, I am 46 and just picked up a bass for the second time. I took lessons for 6 months almost 20 years ago and pretty much starting from scratch again. I settled on a Squier Jazz Bass classic vibe as my beginner bass and started the course 2 weeks ago. I’m in the middle of module 6 and really enjoying it so far. I’m just trying to have fun with the goal to learn the instrument and be able to jam/improvise in a distant future. I hope you’re enjoy the holidays, I will try to keep my progress updated here!

I just turned 79 years old. My wife of 32 years died recently and I sat around for 3 months telling myself that I should find a hobby. Although I had never so much as seen a bass guitar closeup I decided to make bass guitar my new hobby. The Badass course is absolutely fantastic and I am enjoying my new hobby so much! Hello to all of you.
