We visited there, using our bicycle for transportation, a few years ago. Stayed in a cliff-house near Puig De La Balma. Rode to Vic, and other nearby small towns. Was a wonderful trip.

Happy bass playing!

I’m Melissa. I live outside of Burlington, Vermont. I just started learning bass, but I’ve played violin/fiddle, ukulele and djembe most recently. I’m still taking djembe lessons in person. My husband plays the guitar and I’d love to be able to play with him. He’s in a Grateful Dead guitar class cohort (cult). Any good bass tabs for Grateful Dead tunes?

Welcome @mjlevy718 ! Whether the tabs are any good or not will be your decision, but a couple of sites are Ultimate Guitar and Songsterr. I’m sure there are more.

Welcome, @MelissaJ. Glad you’re here. All of your strained instrument experience will be very helpful with learning bass. It sounds like you and your husband are fortunate to have each other. Enjoy the lessons!

Welcome @MelissaJ ,

Here ( Grateful Dead Bass Tabs - 30 tabs ) are the TABS that I roll with. They may not be totally actuate but they get the job done for a jam with the hubby.

Party On ,
Cheers

Greetings all. Recently picked up a bass and found the B2B course through all the YT content. Never played an instrument but wanted a new challenge/hobby at 57. My son plays sax and banjo and encouraged me to give something a try. So far I am really enjoying the bass. I find that I groove with the instrument through the music I listen to; primarily rock and metal.
Module 4, lesson 5 is kicking my butt! I have some limited mobility in my fretting arm due to surgery several years ago so hitting all 4 strings is difficult. Gonna keep at it until I can do the slow speed at a minimum!
