I hated it so I got some things done and came back to it. Still not 100 percent happy, but I’m just gonna post what I got. Thanks brother. I got it down mostly, although I did however have a slight hiccup or two. I’m pretty adamant about making sure I get it pretty correct before posting. This one gave me issues today so after I got it to where it is now, I just let the small mistakes slide. I don’t use any editing software so I have to nail it as correct as I can get it on a take, or either redo the whole video. This one I lost count on restarts haha hey, it is what it is. I guess if it’s meant to be that daggum perfect, it would be a record. I appreciate the attaboys amigo

Been on an AIC bender lately…started learning this one yesterday and have been playing it basically all day today. Interesting info about this album, apparently Layne was so deep into his heroin abuse when they were in the studio that most of the time he wouldn’t show up to the sessions, so Jerry Cantrell did way more of the singing.
I couldn’t find any good transcriptions of this one and the bass is hard to hear in the weird interlude sections so hopefully I got it mostly right. Also at the end of this one it sounds like the bass gets unplugged or the amp gets knocked over or something cause there’s a lot of bizarre noise

There are two versions of Queen’s We Will Rock You. There’s the one that everyone knows: Stamp, stamp, clap! Stamp, stamp, clap! …and there is this version, the ‘fast’ version, a version that kicks serious a55!
I’ve wanted to get the fast version under my fingers since I first picked up the bass. For me, it is one of those totemic songs, a signpost on the way to a destination where I can call myself a bass player.

I actually played my Dingwall Combustion, through the Ampero One, into GarageBand, on the track. However, for the video I used the Ibanez EHB1000S, as this was a the bass I’d taken to Swanage.

Are you using imovie to import the track from garageband? If so, did you find a course or tutorial to learn how to do this video editing? I’m working on one atm and I’ve managed to get a title screen in and an animated background. Watching your vids is so much fun (besides the awesome music part) for the production value that you put in.
