I posted an acoustic version of this song a couple of weeks ago. Today, I am fulfilling a request and posting the studio version.
Bass line and video shot in a crappy AirB&B in Stratford upon Avon (home of Shakespeare).
Steinberger XT-2 bass into the Hotone Ampero, then on into GarageBand.

Blondie (The Damned) - New Rose
I’m posting this cover to commemorate Clem Burke, Blondie’s drummer, who died earlier this week. Yes, it’s not a Blondie song, but the drumming is fantastically frenetic!
New Rose was the first punk single released in the U.K. the song was written and performed by The Damned, but this version is a live Blondie cover.
