SAG - Selling Aquired Gear

If you have a real emergency, you don’t have to wait 9 hours. That’s my experience.

Wow, that outlook seems to be getting even worse…

In other news I just sold 4 pedals :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

What pedals?

Mostly pedals that aren’t on my pedalboard. I sold my Palmer preamps, Zoom B1Four and a Walrus Audio delay (ARP). Still got a few for sale too!

Do you have a picture of tour pedal board?

What else are you selling?

It’s still this one!

A vintage guitar, premium bass, bass head, reverb pedal, drum pedal and another audio interface

Eh, decided to keep it instead. It’s a good synth.

50 USD is a great price; I just knew I wouldn’t be able to even scratch the surface of what this synth is capable of… and I think I am all set with synths for now

Just sold my Line 6 HX Stomp. My (probably odd) idea is replace it with the Line 6 HX One.

The idea is that I want to restrict myself to my small pedal board and it can’t be bigger than the width of my amp (so it can sit on top).

So, Cali76 comp :arrow_forward: Ampeg SGT-DI :arrow_forward: HX One (for the choice of only one effect at a time chorus, etc) and it’s got an inbuilt tuner.

I was tired of menu diving on the Helix and just the joy of plugging into the SGT has been great.

I sold my Stomp for $50 less than I paid for it!

Line6 gear holds its value pretty well. Even 20 year old Bass PODs sell for good amounts these days.

Yeah, I sold my Pod X3 Pro for 250€.

Same reason I sold it. Maybe if the UI was as intuitive as the QC or the new Tone master pro from Fender I would have kept it.

That is also why I like the Tonex better. It’s just about the amps and cabs. Not that many effect choices, but going with one preamp pedal works for me too. At the moment I just use a desktop amp.

That HX One seems a great buy! Does it also have an amp/cab setting?

No just all the effects within the Stomp.

I’ve just started with Amplitube 5 Max and to be honest it might be a good compromise. The SGT-DI for just plugging in and playing but using the Amplitube software for tone shaping my covers once I’ve recorded the tracks.

It seems pretty powerful for not a lot of money.

Ya I had bought it for guitar.
It’s worth it when it’s on super sale.

It’s ridiculously good, the amp sims are great, there’s hundreds of effects, and all in all it’s going to be way better than any pedal. You can use it live too

I paid $79, which seems pretty reasonable for an amazing bit of software.

We live in the golden age of home recording kids.

Well this one makes me a little sad because I love the thing, but I’m just not playing it, so I sold my Revstar Standard.

I’m just not a guitar player. I have fun with them but never put any time in, and that’s just too nice an instrument to let sit around collecting dust.

However if I ever do need to get another guitar, it will 100% be a used Revstar Element.

Me either.
I am trying to decide if I sell the tele or keep it for oddball chord soundy things.
I will probably wait until none are for sale around here and then see if I can make a buck.
