You said it.
It’s probably my top 5 bass. I put the 90-35 strings set on it it’s extraordinary funky.

Yeah they have a cult following for a reason
Nathan’s main bass is a custom ladybug headstock 5 string. Baby face tried to trade his studio to this bass and Nate said no,
I wonder if the pickups are original or if they have been changed. The bass is my cheapest one and it sounds better than any other bass I own. I still try to figure out the brand.
All pictures I found of the Epiphone Rock Bass doesn’t have this adjustable pole pieces.
Can you send a few pictures. I’ll hep you do the homework.
I will do as soon as possible. Thank you!
Hey guys!
This is my beautiful Fender Jaguar bass, colored Tidepool Metallic. I love that thing really very much.
But today, it became even more beautiful, as I added Vintage style poti knobs and I am totally in love with how this turned out! Banger!
This should be Standard on all Jaguars, if you ask me! =) It suits that body shape so damn well!
Tonight I’m also gonna go Flatwounds with my Jag and make some comparison videos. Looking forward to this. Sorry for being slightly euphoric, I just love that instrument so much.
Hey, it’s me gain.
Today, my cute little Squier Medium Scale Jaguar got the same Vintage poti knobs and I do dig this very much on this one as well!

Did I already say, these knobs should just be Standard equipped on every Jaguar? It just makes the instrument look so much more grown up and rocking and much less like plastic. Love it!
Love the red knobs. Look like pedal knobs, aren’t they?
No sure if they are pedal knobs. They are hand dipped the seller is on Reverb.
I think these knobs are Rickenbacker style, just red.
Welcome!
That’s a great looking J. I love it when Fender does matching headstocks.
Right? Gorgeous.
Welcome, @rock_e_bass. Glad you’re here. I don’t know if you have signed up for B2B, but it’s the best way to learn bass. Enjoy!
Welcome @rock_e_bass !
New Bass is here
It is a Stonefield F series (lefty) bass…Stonefield is the company of a bass luthier in New Zealand (Tomm Stanley) and the F Bass is the entry level ‘production model’ (i.e. parts of the process outsourced rather than full handmade by him)
The most interesting parts are probably the (thumbwheel-adjustable) floating wooden bridge and the 3 degree neck tilt for ergonomics and comfort (also responsible for the huge space under the strings at the body)
Also has other quirky touches which make it seem a little different like the position of the top strap button, the jack plate, and the makers name appearing on the body not the headstock
Interesting bass! How are you finding the angled fretboard?
I really like that look…
Two of these basses don’t have a headstock, necessitating the brand name placement, but none the less, I think it looks cool.
That is such a cool bass mate.
