Yarr!
Quick spot I setup in my shop. Already had a monitor on a high stand as I usually stand and work at the PC so that worked out well for playing bass standing. 2 channel audio interface as a headphone amp.
What is this little white/cream guitar hanging on the wall, @jeffw ?
Its a Blackstar Carry-On Travel Guitar ST. The black one below is a Blackstar travel bass. I mainly use them when sitting in front of the laptop playing songs/tabs etc - compact but sound good! So you get an idea of the scale these are the Blackstars next to my standard sized Epiphone Les Paul.
Very cute ! I like it
Ironically, although sold as travel guitars, they did not come with gig bags!
Oh that’s good to know … Did you manage to find a bag correctly sized for this guitar ?
No but again ironically I probably won’t actually travel with it! They do sell a different version of the guitar with different pick-ups that does come with a gig bag and another pack that comes with a tiny travel amp. But I just wanted the cheaper version of the guitar at the time.
Actually I just checked and they do sell the gig bags separately now.
Carry-on Guitars & Basses - Blackstar (blackstaramps.com)
that’s good to know !
I have Theremin envy.
Its a Moog Theremini. A simplified and cheaper version of the classic theremin. Simplified in that it has preset sounds and you can set pitch correction to make it easier to hit proper notes. But its still tricky to play!
My new remote setup in Rochester in my work apartment - have some bits to still get but it’s functional. Decided to bring the Blues Brothers up with me.
Looking good @John_E
I like the monitor arms.
They will be even more useful with monitors.
It’s like a some sort of Hydra from tThe Matrix without them
It looks great, but it could use a rug to tie the room together.
Ya, back to Jersey to IKEA next week. Lol
Ample space for basses
