Is this a custom strap? What’s the significance of the name and numbers?
I’d love to say this was some sort of specialist strap handcrafted by the finest monks - but it was just one I quickly bought from Bezos’ shop after realising I didn’t have a strap…
You learn something new everyday…
Jenny Jenney, you’re the girl for me
You don’t know me but you make me so happy
I tried to call you before, but I lost my nerve
I tried my imagination but I was disturbed
Posted on “What are you listening to right now?” just for you, @athosmr2003

Yes it’s a custom. The company I ordered it from can either use leather or polyester and put whatever you want on it.
Most people, when they see that number, they sing it instead of just saying it, although I’ve had a few people not pick up on it.
Great match!
Too funny, and mine’s a Fender too (after a fashion)
Good blue straps are hard to come by…
Terrific match, @Wombat-metal . . .
Cheers

Two new Hangover straps for the Rick.
I couldn’t decide and figured another brown themed strap would be put to use at some point.
Which do you like better, zoom for detail.
- Butterscotch with “burled” look dark brown leather.
- Dark brown leather with gold / Japanese floral print suede
I vote for #1. The #2 is very nice, but #1 just seems to fit better with that Rick to me. And #3 is a big nothing (since there is no image or description for it!).
strange, the forum formatting took a number 1. that I typed and made it a 3 as it was the next number in line (the #1 was over the first pic). Even though I typed “1.” it put up “3.”
I removed the numbers above the pics - only way to fix it.
I like the second one
I vote number 1, to me it seems like it belongs with the bass. Plus I like butterschotch
Number 1 I think but I do like number 2 as well. Maybe you need another bass so you can use both
