This is a really unforgiving bassline because if your timing is even a milisecond off it sounds like crap.

Indeed timing is everything here, as the bass not only drives the beat but is the prominent feature of the song. You did amazing.

I know I say this a lot, but this one really is a fun one to play. It’s hard not to dance around. Especially during the extended breaks.
I used notation from UG and I’m not sure if all the slides line up with the original recording - I followed their guidance though. lol

Thank you! I have a group of snowbirds I play with when they’re in town and I’ve started playing in a trio. We’re working on our song list and planning to play an open mic tomorrow.
