Sorry for your loss @EddieJones .
I am sorry for your loss, she is in Valhalla now!
No words really… so sorry to hear…
You are a hero and especially her hero, and she’ll be waiting for you
@EddieJones Sad news, sorry for your loss. You did give her, her best life. She died like any pet should; loved, cared for and happy.
Sorry to hear of your loss @EddieJones
Cheers Brian
So sorry to hear of the loss of your furry friend. My condolences.
So so sorry Eddie. No words here other than wishing you the best through this.
Man, I’m real sorry to hear about your pups.
They Will Not Go Quietly,
the pets who’ve shared our lives.
In subtle ways they let us know
their spirit still survives.
Old habits still can make us think
we hear them at the door
Or step back when we drop
a tasty morsel on the floor.
Our feet still go around the place
the food dish used to be,
And, sometimes, coming home at night,
we miss them terribly.
And although time may bring new friends
and a new food dish to fill,
That one place in our hearts
belongs to them…
and always will…They will not go quietly
What hurts my heart the most is this one is the last one that would remember my late son and my late wife. I guess she could tell I was sad after they passed because she never left my side after I lost both of them. She was not clingy for her own reasons but when I was at my most distraught she would kiss me or want to be with me as if she knew. The last thing she did was kiss me as she went to sleep. This ranks up there with some of the worst hurt I have ever experienced.
I know exactly how you feel. It is unbearable. But just remember her sweetness and caring. She is with you now, and forever.
Very sad to hear, take care buddy
LOL @MikeC
Pizza Dog hung in there to see the snow for one more season before she checks out. Hopefully she can stick around for some easy ski touring.
Our dog, Rupert, is always excited to go to doggie daycare. But he’s even more excited to see us when we pick him up. This is how he greets us every time we pick him up, his own “Doggie Daycare Pas de Deux” with his signature double sautés. Always two jumps, just two.
Those were the days my friend, we thought they’d never end…
We had to say goodbye to the best dog yesterday. Cancer finally caught up with Sadie. She was with us for over 10 years and there’s a huge husky sized hole missing from our hearts.
That’s awful news, really sorry to hear it. Major condolences.
