THE Definitive Guide to the most important bass questions ever asked

Ugh! No fun tickets! I’m currently trying to work my way through when i come around by green day. Without coffee, the failure rate would be so high.

Root Beer, Real Root Beer is non caffeinated, and AFIK, most still is not, the notable exception IIRC is Barq’s (although Barq’s Diet does not have any caffeine).

My body had been around the track many times, most of the times in reverse, but thats a different story.
I have the same body, but I am starting to trade parts in for new ones now.

2018 to present, Stingrays are lighter than Ray34’s, because USA built use light weight tuners, possibly other small lightening features.
My guess is it will take some time before imports get some sort of light weight tuner
Ray4s are lighter in that they have smaller necks and Poplar bodies, and the quality import tuners are not as heavy as the heavy duty quality tuners often found on UAS built instruments like the Stingrays before 2018.

Yeah, this Nitro soda sounds horrible, sorry to say

I have had them, but around here (Southern California) if you order one in a bar its Bass and Guiness. I like both, and would probably drink a Bass over a Harp, but I prefer plain Guiness and Newcastle over either.
But I don’t drink, so My vote means very little.

You’re welcome,
look at us now, you avoided a major disaster.

This is the Lounge, we talk about anything.

Well said.

Other PERFECT examples, just like a 4th and 5th.

I believe that is Gin

Its not like you provided it with plumbing and electricity.

I saw X, The Beastie Boys and Rage Against the Machine headline a concert benefit for him.
Side Note, I went to school with a kid who’s father was in that FBI team.

Helps with Headaches.

This is true with most things you over indulge in, and then quit cold turkey.
And it takes longer than months for your body, because, the drug re-wrote your brain chemistry, and it needs to re-write itself back to normal… Its very hard at first, lets up after a bit, bur really takes a good year before you are normal. Lucky for me, I never was Normal.

Now that looks like a super-heavy duty, bullet proof, atomic-powered machine to me @Barney

I suppose you need that type in the frigid climate for survival . . .

My love of flats and disdain for rounds is legendary in this forum. However, my fingertips seem to have developed a tolerance for the rough feeling of rounds, and I have begun to like them.
I put the original D’Addario XL rounds back on my ESP and really like the tone but I’m not sure how to describe it. I’ve heard people use the term “bright”, but when I practiced on them in my unlit music room, I didn’t notice it getting any brighter.

BTW, I’m on my second cup of morning coffee as I type this (just to stay on topic).

Bass and Guinness is very common, but an Irishman does not mix an English ale with an Irish stout. The Troubles were more at the forefront in those days.

I my experience, the headaches are from caffeine withdrawl and you’re just feeding it by ingesting more. Not anti caffeine here, but that’s my take.

I’ll never forget when I was in Dublin and tried to order a Bushmills. That was an epic glare from the bartender. She finally said, “We only serve Irish whiskey here.”

Kopi luwak is made from coffee beans plucked from civets’ feces. This is bad news for civets. It’s the world’s most expensive coffee, and it’s made from poop. Or rather, it’s made from coffee beans that are partially digested and then pooped out by the civet, a catlike creature.Apr 29, 2016

Ok is this the substance you want to enjoy to start a crisp Canadian morning?
I just made my Australian Red Healer his first cup of tea for the day.
No litter boxes here. Lol

Just to let you know I rescued my Healer with the help of my American friend during one of our wildfire seasons. She drinks Tea as well for she has seen the lite.

That’s good to know, @howard . . . :+1:

If I ever drink wkiskey, it’s always Jamesons or Tulamore Dew . . . but Bushmills also makes Irish Whiskey . . .

Maybe times have changed?

Old Bushmills is made in Northern Ireland. I was in Dublin. In a very old-school bar. Decades ago

I’m really confused; so is it a Red healer?

Or a Red heeler?

The play on words is the Heeler/Healer.
Yes I do have a Heeler and he often swipes my Tea.
Coffee makes taste buds cry out to be Healed.
Nice catch by the way.

It is the truth I did rescue my Heeler during the wild fires of 2017. He was almost 3 months old when it all started. He was at that age and still is today one of the most courage’s dogs I have ever had been gifted with in my life.

Surely,
Earl Grey no milk, or black coffee fresh out the grinder, or cold water straight off the Peak District.
