Dude! Uncle Nearest 1856 is my jam! Beautiful Tennessee whiskey. Smoooooth and delicious.
My other fave is Dickel 15 year Single Barrel. Just fantastic.

I’ve just arrived to the whole whiskey/bourbon thing. Having only really ever drank Jameson, I’ve been on a bit of a tasting adventure but landed here on Willet. But I’d dare not spill a drop. Too good. Can’t beat the slickness of the bottle either, hoping a genie pops out when it’s empty.

After I ordered these GHS strings, I came across some really horrid reviews (they fall apart). Fortunately, Gollihur was able to cancel the order for me.
I’m going to just stick with the D’addario strings.

AH! Gollihur is the place I was telling you about that I wanted to stop at when I was in Philly but did not have time. Luckily, I will now be doing some testing down there at our plant with plenty of time/trips to go visit them.
I have heard a lot of great things about them there.

GHS Boomers are too dark for my bass. I can see why flats players like their sound, though. Vive la différence.

Another upgrade on my NS WAV…
I got the NS End Pin kit from Gollihur. Now I can play the EUB like an acoustic bass, free from the stand.

I just put the Boomers on my Corsair, and initial impressions - I like them. The brighten up the sound a bit but the E string still booms.
