My favourite drink of all times: milk, as fresh as German (restritive) law allows for:
I might be influenced by a phantastic Dutch advertisement campaign for milk in the 80s…

“gnerk: de witte gnotor” is alien-language for “melk: de witte motor” or “milk: the white motor”
Looks good, Brian!
just been a couple of days but loving it so far:
this morning’s second flat white/latte/whatever we call it:
Not to mention the National Anthem… ![]()
I’m sure, something like this happened:

PS It’s uncanny how much Homer Simpson looks like our King!
Is there a Philz in Japan?? Tesora is my jam, personally.
Nope! Was in the Bay Area last week.
Usually Philtered Soul for me ![]()
hi and bye, @howard !
Sadly only had three packed days otherwise would have tried to set something up ![]()
Understood!
The bay area is also large and vast!
Just saying though, if I end up in Japan, you’re going to have me and my family of 4 knocking on your door.
Hahaha any time!
I received for Christmas from my niece and nephew-in-law a bottle of High West Double Rye.
I just cracked it open tonight and am still taking in the flavours. It has a smoothness (no bite) but has a “edge” of sorts in that it is not buttery nor sweet like a bourbon. It has the flavor that, while drinkable, I do not need nor want more than two servings, else I interpret a dislike towards it.
I do not dislike it but will wonder what a second try next week might bring. I am intrigued by it. It has a price point of about $40 so it is more “upper shelf” to be considered a regular “go-to” purchase for me. I general enjoy whiskey with a splash. I might go to the dark side and try it with a whiskey cube next time.
If I were to see this on the spirits menu of a restaurant, I would certainly order knowing that I do not enjoy more than two glasses when out and about.
I’m a Islay scotch drinker. but I like Roberson Trooper Ale when I drink beer!
