Yeah. I’ve got a bottle of Smoke Wagon “Uncut Unfiltered” in my collection. It’s nice. Don’t know enough to speak to the specifics on this iteration though. Looks to be aged less time, which is fine. I think bourbon benefits much less from aging than Scotch does.

That’s why I eschew brewing beer for drinking it.
Not a bought one but with the weather warming up my rice wine is finally fermenting; I will likely decant it tonite or tomorrow and have a taste
