No pics but it is a pearl white McKagen MIM. Nervous about my first Reverb purchase and hate waiting on buys. Not sure where to post this as I am new to this type of forum. I like what I have seen so far.
Welcome aboard!
Here are a couple threads to check out…
Really? No pics it didn’t happen, ![]()

Unique looking bass, congrats. Surely @Al1885 has one ![]()
I had a picture of me playing the same bass in a recording studio that was a rental when my Ibanez was getting fret work and new emg pups. Kind of reaching for lost youth.
The bridge is foreign to me. I have to look into that as it is a mod I believe.
Well fender started using the Babicz with the new colors version of the Mij Aerodyne.
Not anymore. I only have Steve Harris, Troy Sanders, Marcus Miller, and Tony Franklin left in my shed.
although I’m about to get the Cory Wong Strat.
Looking at how the strings are wound onto the tuners is a huge no-no and makes me cringe. Just shipped earlier. Fingers crossed.
Looks like someone was afraid to cut the strings down to the right length ![]()
Longer string means more sustain ![]()
I bet it was owned by someone who uses a baitcaster for fishing. If you know…
Congrats!!
Have fun with it, sounds awesome!
Need more enojis.
Looks just like the Precision Bass Lyte I bought the first time I tried to learn bass, way back around the turn of the millennium when Fenders were like $300. I loved everything about it except the color. But being fun-size makes full-scale basses ergonomically challenging, so I reluctantly sold it and switched to short-scale. I still miss it, though.
I had the same color scheme p bass in ‘86 I believe. Wish I had kept it. They yellow over time and it is just an impulse buy as I had been looking for it for a while. I dig pearl white anything.
