Sure, just saying - this software kind of falls prey to the same thing that DAWs do with MIDI or other shared electronic files. All DAWs I know of can produce notation from MIDI files; it’s just that that notation is often very funky and not how a human would write it. Same thing goes for what @Gio pointed out in the other thread.
These are cool and it’s neat that you are sharing these, but also it’s important to remember that they share the same quality issues with online tabs - they are very similarly vulnerable to both transcription error and also software quirks, depending on how generated.

Reason: it looks like the Rocksmith tracks are ok (just as expected) and the issue is with crowd-driven tracks.

I haven’t really looked into it much yet, I’m still working through B2B right now so it isn’t at the top of my list of priorities as far as practice time, but I can use a regular audio interface for Rocksmith, right? I don’t need to buy the RS branded 1/4" to usb cable if I’ve already got a Focusrite for instance?
In case you have Rocksmith 2014 (Rocksmith+ s#cks!): you’ll need either the sh#tty Real Tone Cable and your set.
Or you install rs_asio in addition to Rocksmith and have one of these audio interfaces: GitHub - mdias/rs_asio: ASIO for Rocksmith 2014
Focusrite is on the list, so you’re good to go.
Please note that it will be harder and harder to get the official Rocksmith 2014 and its track as Ubisoft really wants to sell the mediocre Rocksmith+ and the rights to the tracks slowly expire. If you own them you own them though.

You need to patch Rocksmith 2014 to use those tracks though. I haven’t done that as I switched to Tonelib Jam (there is a free trial) and never looked back!
You know, I wonder if this is most of the problem, and the software simply cannot handle lead-ins (i.e. it thinks the start of the recording is the start of the song, instead of the first actual beat.) And then it just generates these extreme hot-takes in some cases due to that.
